Abbie Persall is a passionate educator, working to bring change to the educational system by using mindfulness and soulful connection when working with students and adults. She is a school counselor, a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education. It is Abbie’s passion to support others in accessing the guru within.

The answers we seek have been with us all along. Holding space for others to feel safe in being who they truly were met to be, is a gift not only for one’s self, but for others who journey across your path.

I knew then, for certain, there is a power, a force, a soulful existence beyond this earthly body. I knew, not because I read it or hoped for it, I knew because I had just experienced it. Mom’s soul had waited for me to arrive at the hospital. Her soul waited for me to kiss her and tell her I knew she now was not of this earthly realm and she was free to transition on to her next journey.
