Hi, I am Anna Frostin and I’m an accredited psychotherapist in Sweden and my first book was about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for physicians. I have worked for Karolinska Institute in Stockholm and I’ve taught courses and lectures in CBT and Mindfulness.
My second book is about how to reduce negative stress, sleep problems, anxiety and depression. I had worked more than thirty years to help clients to change dysfunctional thoughts, feelings, behaviors, rules and core beliefs.
Now am I working with a new book for helping people to understand the difference between naïvete and real goodness from our heart. My goal is to help people to better use their strengths for developing both goodness for ourselves and the world. I believe that the most important thing is to understand “who you are”.

AUTHOR QUOTE FROM THE BOOK
My life is a miracle. Because I have health-problems, I need to work harder to take care of my body. I train to build my strength, eat healthy food, do yoga, dance and walk in the mountains. I am now grateful for my many amazing friends, our quality-time and laughter together. My life is an exciting adventure.
What has my life experience taught me? Goodness comes from the heart not from the head and not from judging. Replace grasping for happiness with ease, acceptance and being in the NOW.
