Through my experience with illness, I developed an understanding and appreciation for the beauty of life. All one needs is to listen and see it. A lot of people these days are too influenced by too much information. We have too many things and information coming towards us.
The solution and answer to our questions lie within us, we just need to listen. I know it needs some practise and some time to implement into your life. But it’s worth it, because you will end up living more relaxed, happy and less fearful. The first step is to create an awareness. Now that I turn on the flight mode of my phone several times a day, I live much more relaxed. It can be that simple.

Now I can see my two deep periods of ‘sinking’ as a blessing because I understand how to interpret them. I’ve come to realise that the deeper you are, the higher everything is around you. There is no high without a low, and I do believe that there are solutions for any kind of problem. Accepting the current situation and believing in yourself and a positive change might be the first steps to get out of the gloomy mood.
